Mold Inspection & Sampling

If you're in the process of buying a home, or simply concerned about the air quality and safety of your current home, a complete mold inspection can help you identify hard-to-find mold growth. During the inspection we look for signs of mold by searching for damp areas and musty odors. We measure temperature, humidity, and moisture levels within building materials using hygrometers, moisture meters, and infrared cameras. We take surface and air samples from any suspected problem area for a third-party lab to analyze, and provide interpretation and recommendations based on the findings.
